HALLOWEEN, holiday layaway
Happy Halloween, everyone! We've got the candy bowl out full of treats for everyone that comes in today...
We're starting to get into the holiday season... I mean, it did SNOW already... in case you didn't already know, we offer a layaway program for Christmas... putting stuff on layaway early will guarantee it will be available to you come the big day, and it can also help ease the sting of the holiday expenses... bike supplies (and some parts) can get pretty spotty towards the end of the
year... put a 25% deposit down, and we'll hold your item right up until Christmas Eve, and you can just sit back and relax!

Chopper on sale!
It's snowing like crazy here! Don't forget that we've got some snowboard gear from Santa Cruz in stock, if you're looking to make peace with the winter, which looks like it's going to be a doozy...
Speaking of winter, it's almost time to start thinking about the holidays... we just marked down the Giant "Dub" chopper that we have to only $99... it was originally $280! Some little guy out there would be psyched to find this thing
under the Christmas tree this year...

Josh Stricker grips, Road Fools 4&5
The heading pretty much says it all... got in the new Josh Stricker grips from Primo, and Props Road Fools 4&5 on one DVD (4 = Ohio, PA, NY, CT, RI and MA, 5 = Texas and Louisiana)... comes with the usual bonus features...
Back in: Primopro Hollowbite 3 piece cranks, Federal Light bars, Primo Wall tires in 2.1".

Gary Young & Sunday bars, other new stufffff
Got in Odyssey's new Gary Young bars (butted 41 Thermal, 7.5" rise, 11 degree backsweep, 24" wide), Sunday's "Color" (41 Thermal, 7.25" rise, 23.45 wide, 12 deg. back, 4 deg. up, 1 lb 6.8 oz) and "Triumph" (41 Thermal, 8" rise, 28" wide, 12 deg. back, 1 deg. up, 1 lb. 10.4 oz) bars, kelly green Odyssey linear cables (limited edition), an orange Federal Hamilton frame (20.5", euro/internal), left side Odyssey Monolevers, and Soul Video Magazine #28 (really good German video magazine... this one covers the USA, Great Britian,Czechoslovakia, France, the Netherlands, Germany, etc etc)...

FBM Autopilot frame, the Take sweatshirts
Hey kids, got a couple of new items in... first is the Autopilot, Mike Tag's FBM frame... 20 7/8", integrated headset, mid bb... a couple of notes on this frame, in case you care: the back end is 1/2" shorter than previous FBM's, the head tube angle is steeper by 1/2 of a degree, and it has dimpled chainstays, which basically means the dropouts are in the center of the chainstays, which will give you better crank arm clearance with less spacers... awesome translucent oxblood red paint job... I had a hard time trying to capture how cool it looks... I took about 47 different pictures, and they all came out kind of crappy, so you'll just have to come in and see it for yourself.
Available in a bunch of sizes, also in orange, and also with Euro bb. Weighs 5.2 lbs according to FBM.
Also got in some cool zip up sweatshirts from the Take. Ape Hanger bars, FBM belts and FBM 10 year DVD's back in stock.

New T1, FMF, and skate stuff
Got in a bunch of stuff today... New mesh hats and tee shirts from Terrible One, FMF hollow pin race chains, FMF Powermoto Pro Lite race seats (hollow ti rails, leather cover with kevlar sides), grip glue (a few of you were asking for this), Nokon brake cable liners (just the teflon tube that goes inside), a couple of Black Label and Shorty's decks, a limited edition 5Boro/AKA deck (only 250 made, it's the one with the squiggly lines), wheels from Accel and Bones, Destructo rail killer and limited edition Obey/Andre the Giant has a Posse trucks, Consolidated "Ledge Butta" wax, and Shorty's Dooks shock pads...
Back stock: Terrible One medium bars in black or blue, T1 grips, Odyssey Civilian Lite bars in red, Park CT-7 chain tools, more cheap blank skateboard decks from BCD, Black Panther bearings, and some stickers and patches to keep y'all going... Stay tuned, more good stuff on the way...

RAD, link-o-rama, stolen bike in Hanson
I've heard from a few people today that the classic BMX big-screen movie "Rad" is playing at the Coolidge Corder Theatre in Brookline at midnight Friday and Saturday (the 21st and 22nd)... also on Saturday the 22nd (at 7pm) is the Boston Bike Film Festival at the Brattle Theatre in Cambridge... if you're into cool movie theatres like these, the Brattle needs your support, check out their website for more info...
We should be getting in Mike Tag's signature FBM frame the "Autopilot" next week... also check out Terrible One's website for a look at some of their new frames that are coming out soon... Fly Bikes has pictures of their new "3 Amigos" frame up on their site, also...
Last but not least, if anyone in the Hanson area is looking to be reunited with their missing red Haro with a Dick Maul's sticker on it, I may be able to help you... the guy that owns the Village Mini Mart in Hanson called me the other day to tell me that some bike turned up in his parking lot... he assumed it had been stolen (or lost?)... Try calling the Hanson Police, or the shop, if this sounds like it might be your bike...

Knight Bike Co. stuff
Got in some goodies from George from Knight Bike Co... Aluminum cable hangers that resemble the hangers that come with the Fly brakes (although these are, as near as I can figure, 7 grams lighter, hahah)... also from Knight, we got titanium bolt kits for Profile cranks, ti crank spindles for Primo cranks, and ti 14mm axles for Profile cassettes...

Animal stuff
Got in a bunch of new Animal stuff today... first up is their limited edition purple "Jump-Off" stem... only 100 of these made, and we've got two of 'em! We also got green and grey ones back in as well... Next up are a couple of new short sleeve and long sleeve tees, followed by a couple of new sweatshirts...
OH yeah, Odyssey "Elementary" stems came back in today...

New Odyssey, Sunday, Federal stuff
Hello... first off, just so you know we are open all day today (9am - 8pm), so come on by, hang out, check out a dvd, play with the dog, etc... not much else to do...
You could also check out the new stuff we just got in... the new limited edition blinding sea-foam green Jim C pedals from Odyssey, the new Odyssey Junior seats (matching sea-foam green/orange, or black/tan), Odyssey Senior seats (slightly larger and in black or brown), the new Sunday forks... for those of you who
don't know, Sunday is Jim C's company... we got the "Morning" fork (3/8", black) and the "Night" fork (beefier, 14mm, black)... both of these forks use the same 41-Thermal process that Odyssey uses, and are guaranteed against pretty much anything for as long as you own 'em... and we also got in some Federal sprockets, which aren't exactly new, but I don't think we've ever had them...
Odyssey 13t left-hand-drive freewheels came in as well...
Got a ton of Road Fools 14's back in stock, white Odyssey Linear cables, Primo and Odyssey brake levers, Gyro G3's and SST Oryg's, and more Props 57's... more new and exciting stuff on the way, check back or stop by soon!

Got in a new long sleeve tee shirt from FBM, and also a new FBM hooded sweatshirt (by the way, we still have a bunch of sweatshirts on sale, 25% off)...
Got the FBM DVD "Half and Half", the Vclub DVD, and Shook's "Ruff Draft" DVD back in stock... and next week, we'll be getting the Federal "T-Nez" frame back in stock finally, and Hamiltons shouldn't be long after that...

In other news, we got in some more Fly 7075 sprockets recently...
Oh yeah, and remember those Sun City Light rims we got in a while back? We had some defective ones, but it turns out it was only the first batch of black ones (apparently, one sidewall was machined too thin)...but the chrome ones we have are ready to roll... these rims are lighter than Rhyno Lites but closer to the size of the Big City... pretty nice...

catastrophic computer failure
Hey, sorry for the lack of recent updates, but my computer crashed last week and I couldn't revive it... updates might be a little spotty for the next several days...
