Fly DVD

Apparently the Fly Bikes DVD ("Uno") is done, it won't be available until mid-December though... if you just happen to be in Malaga, Spain on November 25th, there's going to be a premiere there... otherwise, sit tight... I predict that this is gonna be the video of the year...

Just found out we'll be getting Joe Kid on a Stingray DVDs in the shop sometime in mid-December... If anyone is interested in getting this and wants a copy reserved for them, call us and let us know, I'm starting a first-come, first-serve list in case we run out...

Props #58 is on the way, as well as some sweatshirts and windbreakers from Metal and S&M. Peace...

Vandero Race hubs, Vult 456 DVD

Got on Odyssey Vandero Race front hubs today... these babies are the same as regular Vanderos, but with a hollow heat treated chromoly axle and aluminum axle nuts, which combined shave off around two ounces to make some pretty light hubs... if you use pegs and/or you're really hard on your axles, you might want to think about sticking with the originals...

Also got in the Vult "456" DVD, which looks awesome... check out Friday's post (Nov. 11) for details and a look at the trailer...

Odyssey Jr. seats back in stock, small Odyssey Monolevers back in stock, regular Vandero hubs back in stock, Odyssey 10t drivers back in stock, and 7KA and Midway rims back in stock...

Ride "Turbulence" DVD playing in the shop today...

Duralectra info, DVDs, open until 8pm tonight

Yesterday I mistakenly posted that we would be open until 6pm tonight... we are actually open until 8... You couldn't pick a better day to come by, we've got Aggroman playing in the shop today...

I was under the impression for a while that Odyssey stopped making the Duralectra rims, but come to find out they only stopped making the red ones... the black ones are in stock and good to go...

Got a bunch of new DVDs on the way... Ty Stuyvesant's follow up to Translyvania, "Transcend", will be here next week, along with Vult Clothing's "456" DVD... 456 has got a ton of guys in it, including Jerry Bagley, Burger, Sean Burns, Robbie Morales, Rick Moliterno, Ryan Nyquist, Punjab, Kevin Porter, Ryan Sher, and a ton of others... looks really good, check out the trailer here. May take a minute to load. The guys at Shook Interactive are really cranking out the videos these days, too... check out the trailer for "We Are Everywhere" here. We'll have that one next week (Tuesday?), too.

Duralectras, Square One DVD, Primo tape, etc

Got in the new Square One compilation DVD today, which includes all three of their previous DVDs (Up In Arms, Wide Awake Nightmare, and the Halloween tour DVD - 3 awesome videos)... Also got in some Primo rim tape... tough, wide tape will keep your spokes from popping your tubes much better than a rubber rim strip... plus, this stuff is extra wide, so if you've got rims like the Primo Balance rims, you may actually need this stuff to keep from getting flats...

Odyssey Duralctra rims in black 36 hole back in stock, black Odyssey cassette hubs, black Odyssey Vandero hubs, and Props Road Fools 4&5 DVDs back in stock...

FYI, we are open all day tomorrow, Veteran's Day, 9am to 8pm...

FBM Deployer, trailers, Madison

Got in an FBM Deployer frame today, the new version with the dimpled chainstays... awesome translucent black paint (the welds kinda look red through the paint), mid bb, uses an integrated headset, 20.75" top tube...

Noticed a few dvd trailers whilst poking around on the internet... The Shadow Conspiracy's "The Calling" (out in December) trailer can be seen here, Props 58 (should have this one by November 18) trailer can be seen here, and "Out There", the new skateboarding DVD from Santa Cruz, can be seen here. That one should be out in late November, I believe... hope all this keeps ya busy for a while...

In other news, shop regular Madison is one year old today...

New Little Devil stuff

Got in the new Little Devil iPocket hoodies today... these hooded sweatshirts have a pocket within one of the pockets that will fit your iPod or other mp3 player, a hole for the headphone cord, and loops up the inside of the zipper to route the cord up to your ears... pretty sweet, two styles, and some cool colors...

Also got in some new silkscreened leather belts, a new tee shirt design, new canvas wallets, and new girls hot shorts all from little devil... also got some Orchid shoe sizes we were out of back in stock, Little Devil valve caps, Little Devil box set DVDs, Orchid DVDs, Little Devil socks, thongs, and beanies...

limited edition Animal grips, Dig 48

Got in some limited edition (only 1500 pair made) Animal Edwin grips in clear... comes with a sticker to go under each grip (or wherever you feel like sticking them)... pretty sweet... also got in their new catalog, which Ralph says is the "nicest Animal product yet"... come on by and pick one up...

Animal "Can I Eat" DVD back in stock, as well as Animal light sprockets in sizes 25-39 tooth... new Animal stickers as well...

We also got in the elusive Dig #48... this actually came out over a month ago, but because of the ridiculous hurricane season in the Atlantic, not many of them ever made it over here... I've seen this issue at Border's and Barnes and Noble, but from what I understand, few bike shops (if any) in this country ever had this. Thanks to Brian Tunney, we've got ourselves a handful. #49 won't be out for about another month because of Dig's bi-monthly schedule, so you've still got a while to peep this one...

New Ride, other stuff

Got in the latest Ride BMX magazine (January '06)... full of good stuff, including a good Josh Stricker interview... also got in some 13 tooth Odyssey cassette cogs, which we've had a few people looking for...

We also got Dia-Compe MX99 levers back in... these are my all time favorite brake levers, and they seem to be getting harder and harder to come by for some reason... Nokon cables in black back in stock, as well as Odyssey Junior seats in all black or black/tan... that's all for now...
