Spanish bottom brackets are a breeze to install... just slop a little grease on the bearings, tap 'em in
with a hammer, and you're pretty much done... Spanish bottom brackets are available to fit 19mm or 22mm
spindles, which means you can use pretty much any crank... they look good, they save a little weight,
