Spanish bottom brackets are a breeze to install... just slop a little grease on the bearings, tap 'em in with a hammer, and you're pretty much done... Spanish bottom brackets are available to fit 19mm or 22mm spindles, which means you can use pretty much any crank... they look good, they save a little weight, and the bearings are supportive enough that you only need two... I'm sold...

Note the discontinued Fly cranks... word on the street is they're being redesigned...

Also note the lowered chainstays on the Ruben for maximum chain clearance with small sprockets...
